Go Green FFS
You will need:
1 cup of almond milk.
1 ripe banana, frozen.
1 handful of chopped mango, frozen.
1-2 large handfuls of baby spinach.
1 Tbsp pumpkin seeds
Small handful of almonds
1 scoop of FFS vanilla protein powder
1/4 cup water
- Pop all ingredients into a blender and whizz it up
Top with some extra seeds and rushed almonds
