You will need: 

  • 1 cup of almond milk.

  • 1 ripe banana, frozen.

  • 1 handful of chopped mango, frozen.

  • 1-2 large handfuls of baby spinach.

  • 1 Tbsp pumpkin seeds 

  • Small handful of almonds 

  • 1 scoop of FFS vanilla protein powder

  • 1/4 cup water 

 

Method:

  • Pop all ingredients into a blender and whizz it up
  • Top with some extra seeds and rushed almonds
