FFS Protein Pancakes

You will need:

For the pancake batter:

  • 30g of FFS chocolate Pure whey isolate 

  • 25g of rolled oats

  • x1 egg

  • x1 ripe banana

  • Orange zest

  • 1 Tbsp coconut oil

Toppings: 

  • Protein chocolate (Try Cocoa plus its the best)

  • Pistachios 

  • Orange slice

 

Method:

  • Throw your FFS protein powder, banana, egg and oats into a blender and whizz up to make your batter.

  • On a medium Heat half a tbsp of coconut oil in a non stick frying pan .

  • Pour the batter into the pan (this mixture should make around 6) .

  • Cook for around 1 minute on each side.

  • Stack your pancakes and melt your protein chocolate. 

  • Get creative , layer the chocolate between your pancakes , drizzle it on top   whatever floats your boat! Top with crushed pistachios and  a slice of orange.

This recipe can be adapted to whichever flavours you'd like , just simply swap the FFS protein powder flavour and remove the orange zest . Add whichever topping you like! Experiment! We love using our FFS vanilla flavour protein powder for our pancakes , topped with plain greek yoghurt and a drizzle of honey.
