Peanut Butter Chocolate Cup
You will need:
1 cup of milk (your choice we used cashew)
A scoop of FFS chocolate flavoured protein powder
2 tbsp of peanut butter
1 tbsp of honey or agave nectar
1/2 a frozen banana
- Pop all ingredients into a blender and whizz it up . Add an extra dollop of peanut butter on the side if your feeling nutty!
