Makes 4 servings


You will need:

  • ½ a small red onion finely diced
  • 1 fresh red chilli deseeded and finely sliced
  • 1 large ripe avocado
  • handful of fresh coriander
  • 3 cherry tomatoes finely chopped
  • 1 limes
  • ½ tbsp olive oil



  • Chop the red onion , tomatoes, chilli and avocado together until well combined.
  • Add roughly chopped coriander, the juice from the lime and the olive oil.
  • Season with black pepper and serve with some extra coriander leaves and sliced chilli on top.
