Blueberry Delight Shake

You will need:

  • ½ a cup of blueberries

  • ½ a cup of coconut water

  • A dollop of Zero fat Greek yoghurt

  • A scoop of FFS protein powder (Whey isolate or Pea , flavour of your choice)

 

Method:

  • Pop all your ingredients into a blender and whizz it up!

  • Top with desiccated coconut, goji berries, flaxseeds and almonds
