Raspberry Chia Shake

You will need:

  • 1 cup of zero fat Greek yogurt (Dairy free alternatives also work well)

  • 1 cup almond milk (or any other milk of your preference)

  • Scoop of FFS raspberry protein powder 

  • 1 cup of raspberries

  • Small handful of almonds 

  • 1 Tbsp honey

  • 2 tsp chia seeds



  • Place all ingredients in blender and whizz it up.
  • Top with extra chia and a raspberry.
