Raspberry Chia Shake
You will need:
1 cup of zero fat Greek yogurt (Dairy free alternatives also work well)
1 cup almond milk (or any other milk of your preference)
Scoop of FFS raspberry protein powder
1 cup of raspberries
Small handful of almonds
1 Tbsp honey
2 tsp chia seeds
- Place all ingredients in blender and whizz it up.
- Top with extra chia and a raspberry.
